Products Printed as Ordered

At Hike to Eat, we carefully print each item exactly as ordered. Due to the specific nature of our production, we have a strict no-return policy for standard orders.

           Thoroughly check product details and designs

           Utilize our sizing guidance and measurement tools

           Contact our customer support team with any questions about sizing or product specifications

Quality Guarantee

While we do not accept returns for items printed as ordered, we are committed to your satisfaction:

           If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

           Provide clear photos documenting the issue

           Our team will review your claim and offer appropriate resolution, which may include:

           Replacing the item

           Providing store credit

           Issuing a refund for significant defects

Sizing and Fit Recommendations

To minimize sizing concerns:

           Refer to our detailed size charts for each product type

           Consider ordering a size up if you are between sizes

           Check the specific measurements, not just the labeled size

Exceptions

Given our team's commitment to enjoying the great outdoors followed by eating together on the weekends, Hike to Eat operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST.  Please be aware that we only address inquiries during these hours. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Our products are printed as ordered.  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@hiketoeat.com to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for printing. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
